When I look at the edit menu, it shows no reflection (undo/redo) that anything was added. I have the right click assigned to the pencil tool, and I can select something in the part box, and when I right click and hold, I can see the item (note, dynamic marking etc) but when I release in a stave, the tool and the item just disappear.

In Logic 9 I made extensive use of the Score editor, so I'm not a novice there.īut today, I opened the Score Editor Window in Logic X for the first time, and while I can move notes around, and hear them as I move them, I cannot add anything to the score. I'm on Logic 10.0.6 and have bee really happy using it - but so far I've only been using it to score films with VI's and have only been using the Arrange Window, Piano Roll and Hyper Editors.
